We were hired to plan and implement multiple projects for Brickform:
— Prepare a distribution presentation for a major “big box” home improvement retailer.
— Introduce Brickform into the European decorative concrete market.
— Audit their advertising department including the processes, procedures, and creative direction.
— Reposition the company for future sale.
During our relationship with Brickform, we also launched a new product that produced nearly half-a-million dollars in the first three months after its introduction.
Brickform grew from $18 million to $26 million in one year.
