The South Valley Business Alliance was a traditional business networking organization. We were hired to help them grow their membership. After evaluating their market, we repositioned their organization as a ”knowledge-based networking group’ and targeted small retail business owners.
The goal of the marketing was to bring local business owners together with each other and with the affluent consumer community in the region. We created their new brand mark and implemented a number of special events to create a buzz for their membership drive. In addition, we launched two monthly publications (business-to-consumer and business-to-business magazines), as well as a weekly radio talk-show.
