City Creek Mortgage wanted to grow their business by leveraging their sales effort to reach home buyers through top real estate agents. We targeted the top 1% of real estate agents in the market to receive and use our newly-designed sales aid. The 12-page brochure was designed to inform and educate the decision maker.
The re-branding effort and 12-page brochure was a big success. City Creek Mortgage closed enough business their first day using the new sales materials to cover the entire cost of both the sales materials and corporate stationery package.
