Floric Polytech is a manufacturer that specialized in private labeling of decorative concrete products. We were hired to help them expand their brand and move from a private label manufacturer to owning their own brand in new distribution channels.
We developed Floric's new strategic plan to convert them to a direct channel distributor. Our mission also included building their brand throughout their entire company, including their corporate communications, product packaging, web, and national print ads.
Through our involvement within the concrete industry we helped place their products with one of the largest distributor channel owners to the decorative concrete industry.
